I highly recommend that all REALTORS use Docusing as much as possible in their real estate transactions. It makes file keeping orderly, it makes getting signatures from buyers or sellers simple, and it keeps neat clean readable copies always available. Often times in real estate service is used as a differentiating factor for client satisfaction. Having DocuSign in your tool belt is quickly becoming a baseline level of service that many people expect. In a recent chat with ActiveRain Community Evangelist Bob Stewart, he mentioned that these days, if he has to sign anything he wants it to be easy. "After using DocuSign once, I don't even want to have to connect to a printer, print the documents I need to sign, sign them, scan them back to my computer then email them down the road. No more faxing back and forth until you can't read the contract. Use the markup feature on DocuSign for the fastest and easiest contract negotiations. Of course your clients will still need to agree, but with Docusign it will be easier than ever to facilitate that.
And as always, you can access DocuSign from any device and anywhere with an internet connection. Bob's wife Christa, a REALTOR® in Ann Arbor Michigan just negotiated and got final acceptance on a contract for one of her clients while on the train home from Chicago. With a wife and Mother-in-law in real estate, it's pretty shocking that I haven't seen a fax machine in a couple of years. Do they still make those things?"
